Shipping and Purchase Information
(1) Order Confirmation and Shipping Time
Once your order is placed, we will arrange shipment within 3 business days after confirming receipt of payment.
*Please note that some products may require additional processing or production time, which may delay shipment. We appreciate your understanding.
(2) Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following three international shipping methods:
- EMS Japan Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Small Packet Registered AIR Japan International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
- Beverage Products (Sea Freight): Estimated delivery time is approximately 1 month.
(3) Customs Information
As international shipping involves different customs regulations in each country, any customs duties incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
(4) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once an order has been shipped, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations or process refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
