Delivery and Purchase Notes
(1) Order Confirmation and Shipping Time
After you place your order, we will arrange shipment within 3 days after confirming the payment.
※Some products may require additional time for shipment due to supply or production needs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
(2) Delivery Methods and Time
We offer the following three international delivery methods:
EMS Japan Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Small Packet Registered AIR Japan International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
Beverages (Sea Shipping): Estimated delivery time is 1 month.
(3) Customs Duties
Due to different customs regulations in various countries, any customs duties incurred will be borne by the buyer. We appreciate your understanding.
(4) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once the goods are shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunds cannot be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
(5) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery region and total weight of your order. You can confirm the exact amount at checkout.
Free shipping applies in the following cases:
- Items in the "Value Bundles" or "Souvenir Collection" categories are always shipped free of charge, regardless of order amount or destination.
- Orders to Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, etc.) totaling ¥45,000 JPY (approx. $300 USD) or more qualify for free shipping.
