Shipping policy
Shipping & Purchase Information
(1) Order Confirmation and Shipping Time
After you place an order, we will arrange shipment within 3 days of confirming payment.
*Some items may require additional time to ship due to supply or production needs. Thank you for your understanding.
*Items in the "Wholesale Order Zone" (items requiring case orders) require separate production and confirmation with the manufacturer, so production lead time before shipping is approximately 10–14 business days, in addition to the actual delivery time above — please allow ample time. See each product page for detailed lead times.
(2) Shipping Methods and Times
We offer the following three international shipping methods:
- EMS Japan Express: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Small Packet Registered AIR Japan International: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
- Beverage items (sea freight): Estimated delivery time is approximately 1 month.
(3) Customs Duties
As international shipping is subject to different customs regulations in each country, any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
(4) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once an item has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
(5) Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on delivery region and total product weight. You can confirm the actual amount on the checkout page.
